5 new entry in Consortium Gragnano Città della Pasta

Press Release – April 24 in piazza San Leone in Gragnano, in the presence of the notary Gaeta, 5 new members have signed their entry into the Consortium in Gragnano Citta della Pasta society.

The Consortium thereby reaching a total coverage of craft production in the country, boosting its activities for the promotion and protection of Pasta Gragnano IGP.
The five companies that join us on our journey are:
Il Vecchio Pastaio, an artisan pasta making pasta from Gragnano IGP, born 3 years ago and run by young talented pasta with the watchful eye of an old pasta maker Gragnano;
– L’oro di Gragnano, is also a young company founded six years ago and run by a food technologist young mother and her husband. Currently this company and ‘being certified IGP;
Pastificio Carmiano, was founded by a founding member of the Consortium and a Neapolitan entrepreneur who bet on Gragnano. This company and ‘being certified IGP;
Gerardo di Nola, still a young company that began two years ago in Gragnano his business, run by a young couple under the supervision of a loving father and expert. This company and ‘being certified IGP;
Cooperativa Pastai Gragnanesi, a company born in the 80s with 35 years of experience in the production of high-quality pasta. Currently produces pasta Gragnano IGP.

Personally, along with all the other consortium members, I express our appreciation for the entry of new members, glad of this enlargement of the historic base, which today gives new strength needed to face the challenges of the market and valuable to the enhancement of our lovely territory.
